Wow. Another...You actually grew those from a pot? Wow. Another green thumb joins the family. Who knew? Congrats. But you're hooked now. You will forever look with disdain upon store tomatoes. And the trick with bell peppers is to not pick them until the first hint of red (or yellow). That's when you've got a really ripe green bell pepper. But don't wait too long after that, or you'll have a red (or yellow) bell pepper.
