It's finally here!! My favorite season is upon us and I can feel the crispness in the air and smell the pumpkin pie baking in the oven.....NOT!!! Although this summer has been pretty pleasant considering we live in sunny southern California, it's still not cool enough to start baking and unpacking my sweaters...but I have managed to decorate a wee bit and let the Autumn colors surround me and enticing me to get ready for my Season of choice and my food of choice too!

Yep!! Autumn is always welcome here...in fact, you can stay as long as you'd like...I'm just sayin'

Fall is my favorite time of year. But no Fall around here. :/ How wonderful that you used the corn husks and stalks in your decorating. I'm thinking by the end of October or early November I'll bring out some things for Autumn. Have a great day! Tammy

ReplyDeletefall is my most favourite season too...the cooler weather and fall fashions..meaning being able to hide under a thick cozy and comfy sweater!....
and the baking mood hits me too! as far as pumpkin pie goes....yes, I have made two already.....they were delicious! so get busy already woman! I'm just sayin'!

Though with the lack of summer we've had, I think I'll be hanging onto the last few slightly warm days for dear life, before I submit to autumn!
Fall's great isn't it Bunny? You know it's the fall season when Costco busts out their pumpkin pies! I bought one, I know a lot for one person, but I'm going to share with the neighbors. I just couldn't help myself!

ReplyDeleteI love the way you decorate your houses in the US with harvest things. It looks so pretty. Many moons ago I saw this in Pennsylvania and Ohio, it was so nice.
Now that you have changed the looks of your blog it somehow takes ages to load, but maybe that is my prehistorica laptop ;-)) .....
I miss the Hawaiian girls, they were so cheery!
